The ADI Group are seeking a Resource and Facilities Co-ordinator to support the Operations Departments with cost effective Resource & Facilities Management Solutions.
This role will mostly involve providing efficient provision of these departments in their day to day working requirements.
Main tasks will include, overseeing the safe and effective management and organisation of the warehouse. Establishing and maintaining operating procedures, practices and controls. Helping in the preparation and execution of work carried out by the company whilst at base. Being responsible for goods in and out practices. General security as well as ensuring security of equipment within the warehouse area and ensuring the company complies with all Health and Safety legislation.
The right candidate will have experience within a similar role at this level and possess excellent planning and organisation skills. The ability to deliver to deadlines and within budgetary restrictions is essential and you will have experience of purchasing within a project management position or similar. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be driven to deliver a high standard of customer focus and care. You must be computer literate and have high standards of both written and verbal communication.

Screen Graphics Operator |

| Job Description: |
The graphics operator works at the football clubs on match days with the director during the match-day program to provide content as required. Graphics will be supplied from ADI and in some situations from the club directly. Live info such as team-sheets, substitutions, scores etc will be part of standard practice.
This position is most suited to students currently studying Media related courses, a good knowledge of football is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is essential.
• The main play-out system is MS PowerPoint; this is used to its utmost potential so knowledge of this package beyond the standard presentation play-out is a must.
• Graphics operators also double as VT ops, so will need to follow tape logs and running orders to ensure correct play-out.
• Fast creation as well as an ability to work within club branding is essential.

The Final Cut Pro Highlights are captured live at football clubs during the match. The FCP Editor then cuts a short highlights package as things happen to conform within an allotted time segment. The editor must:-
• Understand football with the ability to pick out pivotal moments of the game to create a meaningful set of highlights.
• Have good reactions under the pressure of a live environment.
• Have a good operational knowledge of Final Cut as well as the ability to handle minor issues should they arise with the system under the constraints of a live event.
This position is most suited to students currently studying Media related courses. Work opportunties throughout the country and further training will be provided.

• Be good at problems solving
• Be responsible and take charge of getting the content delivered within the deadlines.
